Coaching Versus Therapy

A common misconception is that coaching is the same as therapy but they are very different.

Therapy is intended to help people recover from emotional or other psychological disorders such as depression or anxiety. Coaching, on the other hand, is intended to help healthy individuals achieve personal goals. The services provided by this company are "Coaching" services and are not to be used or in place of professional therapy or any other service that requires professional medical assistance.

The table below shows a quick "generic" side-by-side comparison of coaching vs. therapy.
